5-D Development Process

Creating/refining speaking programs is chaotic, a recursive/re-entrant iterative process. Seeing speaking as a performing art, every speaker approaches it differently, not only artist to artist, but, for me, program to program. While the five steps I follow are shown in graphical form, my program development is usually less disciplined, organized chaos.
