Although offered as my top ten issues for becoming a better speaker, this list is incomplete. There's more, but those items are personal, not secrets to be withheld, but ideas uniquely formed through sixty years of speaking.
Encouragement: Examine the list. Score yourself on a scale of 0 to 10, where zero means a void of commitment and 10 is perfection. Work on what you need to improve most, next most, third most.
