When I tell someone I'm a Four I'ed Explainer they think I'm referring to
my glasses.  I'm not.  In my view the goal of an audience focused speaker, an explainer, is demonstrated in the following equation: 

Insight: that audience "Aha!" when a resonant point is realized

Information: what a speaker adds to audience knowledge

Influence: the speaker's effect on audience opinions and beliefs

Inspiration: a movement in audience attitude (positive being better)

Premise:  An audience focused speaker Informs and Influences in an Inspiring way encouraging audience Insights.
