Program (First Leg): Working with a speaker or trainer to create, assess and improve an existing program. Similar to the Listening Process, but more a sounding board for the seasoned speaker than being an early listener.

Speaker (Second Leg): Surveying the current speaking situation, including the sales and marketing approach, suggesting alternatives for success.

 Consultation (Third Leg): With more than fifty years experience speaking, training teaching, facilitating and helping others become better performers in the same venues, my approach employs the classical consulting model: Assess the present situation – Explore the alternatives – Encourage the speaker to choose and implement the changes which best fit their plans.
